No Guaranteed Outcomes

Our services provide professional guidance and documentation support. We do not guarantee admission, student visas, scholarships, grants, employment, funding, or any other outcome. Final decisions remain with the relevant university, government authority, immigration authority, funding organization, or other third party.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information supplied by a client.

Fees and Payments

Fees for our services will be communicated before work begins. Any applicable payment, cancellation, or refund conditions will be communicated to the client before the relevant service is provided.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, materials created by ASCENDIA GLOBAL for a client are provided for the agreed purpose and may not be reproduced, resold or distributed for commercial use without permission.

Governing Law

Where applicable to services provided by GLOBAL ASCENDIA LLC, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory laws that may apply to a client or transaction.
